This extension drops a configurable signup form into the agent or customer-facing messenger, collects email or SMS consent (or both), and writes the profile straight to a Klaviyo list — no copy/paste, no second tool, no follow-up form to send. Built for brands that already run their lifecycle marketing on Klaviyo and want every supported conversation to double as a subscription opportunity. The form uses Klaviyo's public client-side endpoint, so there's no private API key to manage and nothing sensitive to store.
