This extension embeds a SimpleSat survey directly in the agent workspace, triggered by a postback button in the conversation, so feedback is captured in context — tied to the same ticket and customer the agent just helped. Built for support teams that already run on SimpleSat, it removes the gap between "ticket resolved" and "survey delivered." Instead of hoping a customer clicks an emailed link days later, the survey appears in the same thread the conversation happened in, while the experience is still fresh.
